Simone Kessell is a 43-year-old New Zealand television actress. In the 1990s, she began her career acting in the TV shows, including “Hercules and the Amazon Women,” “Hercules in the Underworld,” “Hercules and the Circle of Fire,” and “Hercules: The Legendary Journeys,” as well as “Xena: Warrior Princess.” In the early 2000s, she moved to Australia, where she married director Gregor Jordan.
In the second half of the 2000s, Kessel moved to the United States, where she appeared in episodes of “CSI: Miami,” “Criminal Minds,” and “Fringe.” She also had small roles in the films “Frost/Nixon,” “The Informers,” and “The Lovers.” In 2011, she had a regular role in the Fox seriesĀ “Terra Nova,” which was closed after one season. She appeared in the Australian series “Fat Tony & Co.” and “Wonderland.” In 2015, she returned to regular work in the US, receiving a leading female role in the series for ABC’s “Of Kings and Prophets.”
