    redditers claim it is real, that she saw the mistake, took it down and edited it and uploaded it, but someone saved the img before she could delete

       That seems like the most likely case.

       Note that these two are distinctly different images (one has some random dude in it and the other doesn’t)

       My theory is that she posted several and then noticed that one of them had her showing and deleted that one. (or perhaps she posted it on purpose and then deleted it to make it look like it was an accident)

          This is just photo from video. she posted uncensored video then deleted it and posted censored video.
