Based on the dailymail article that you posted–it safe to conclude that it’s her. The pics towards the bottom has her with her boyfriend there are features consistent with the topless shot.
He has on the similar pink shorts. They have the same backpack and the beach/pool towel is white with blue stripes… Just sayin’.

You guys seem to be lacking research skills! It is her. Her moles in the naked photos match other pictures of her. Plus, it’s the same guy she hands out with.
Has to be her. Look at the bottom pic and compare to either topless pic close up. You can match the freckles on her left arm as well as the spot on her upper left thigh/side butt. The spot on the left wrist bone is a perfect match.
nipples are similar, and there’s a freckle above her left breast that matches up with wolf of wall street nude scenes.
Anyone who looks at the Daily Mail article can be in no doubt that the top photos are her and god bless her for it A-Lister’s don’t normally drop their guard like this.
Why aren’t there better pics of the nudes
Based on the link from the dailymail it’s the same couple. Towards the bottom there is a corroborating photo of them walking with a similar backpack, a white towel with thin blue stripes and the bf is wearing the same pink shorts. You can even see some of the dot pattern of here top underneath the overshirt.
She’s definitely been seen showing more skin on the big screen – so no big thing. Just thought that I would add a forensic approach to the photos.
I agree that lying down (along with the image angle) makes her chest appear smaller than expected. Still nice though 🙂
