         FB is quicker to censor nudity than racism.

         This is satire and not “nazi worshipping”. The text translates to “It’s your choice: Nipples instead of hate”. It was an art campaign to get people not to vote for right wing parties. You can use swastikas in art, even in german law. Censoring it here is superfluous.
